At LOUDSOULS, every piece is thoughtfully made and carefully packed. We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Be in the same condition you received it

To start a return, please email us at loudsouls2026@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you’d like to return
• The reason for return

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your payment provider).

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items. If you need help choosing a different piece, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
